The legal basis, as far as GDPR applies, for the lawfulness of the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b GDPR, since Partner Life uses the automatically collected data in the course of the pre-contractual legal relationship with regard to the effective provision of the website, as well as Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR, as the storage serves the legitimate interest of the Partner Life to ensure the stability and security of the website. The automatically collected personal data will only be stored by Partner Life until the above-mentioned purposes have been fulfilled, unless Partner Life still needs it for the purpose of fulfilling the contract or there are legal, statutory or contractual retention periods or further storage is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims. 6.2 Contacting Personal data that you provide to Partner Life when contacting us via chat or e-mail will be stored and processed by Partner Life. Your personal data will be stored after completion of the request for a period of three years from the end of the calendar year in which the request is processed. After this period, Partner Life will delete your data or retain them only to the extent that legal, statutory or contractual retention periods exist, or if further storage is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims. 7. Processing of your personal data when using our services on the website Partner Life offers services on the website (e.g. creation of a user account, contacting us, viewing dashboards or managing contracts). When using these, Partner Life requests personal data from you. The required information is always marked as mandatory fields. Without this information, Partner Life may not be able to provide you with the requested service or to answer any inquiries you may have. Among other things the following information is required from you: - Name, - username, - email address and - log-in and password details The data you provide will be stored by Partner Life for the time during which you use your user account, unless you delete it beforehand. As far as GDPR applies, legal basis for the lawfulness of the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, because it is necessary for the effective provision and management of the user account in accordance with the contract between you and us. Unless exceptions apply within the services mentioned further below, your personal data is stored until you delete the data or your user account as a whole. After deletion of your user account, your personal data will be deleted within 90 days. Legal retention obligations or the requirement of your personal data for legal action due to misconduct in the use of services or payment problems may lead to Partner Life storing your personal data for a longer period of time. 8. The provider is salesforce.com, inc, The Landmark at One Market, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. Pardot allows Partner Life to analyze its newsletter campaigns. When you open an email sent via Pardot, a file contained in the email, called web beacons or tracking pixels, connects. These represent one-pixel image files stored on the website. For the evaluation, the access data and the web beacons are linked with your email address and an individual ID. This can determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links may have been clicked.
